From January 16, 2020, all packages that are not verified by real recipient will not be able to pass through Customs in Taiwan.

This is in response to the strengthening of the courier clearance inspection announced by the Ministry of Finance Customs Affairs Department in Taiwan.

So all customers who ordered to be shipped in Taiwan should verify her/his name, contact number, ID number and address via official site or app.

To process, all customers should visit "Authorization Page" or download EZ WAY APP and register their personal information (① Name, ② Contact number, ③ ID number and ④ Address).

If customers' information are not matching between parcel invoice and APP, it will not be able to pass through Customs and return back to store.
